1-Hacienda accommodates 20 guests.
2-50% deposit secures your dates upon booking, balance due 90
days prior to arrival.
3-Reservation deposit is refunded upon cancellation only if
the same dates are booked minus $500.
4-$1000 security deposit is required and is refunded 2 weeks
after departure minus any charges for damages or extra clean up.
$300 cleaning fee applies if your group does not follow check
out procedure.
5-Some holidays have 5 night minimum.
6-All payments are in the form of one check or Visa, Mastercard.
7-The Hacienda is a non-smoking facility.
8- Sorry no pets allowed. |
